Explore the edible plants and native trees found at your chosen location. This walk is designed to be interactive, sensory, and accessible for everyone, with plenty of opportunities to engage, ask questions, and get hands-on.

Laughter yoga sessions
A unique wellness practice proven to reduce stress, boost mood, and bring people together in a joyful, lighthearted way.
Laughter yoga is accessible to everyone and brilliant for breaking down barriers, igniting energy, and helping teams feel connected.

Combined sessions
Many clients choose a half-day session combining both foraging and laughter yoga for a complete wellbeing experience.
You can also add bushcraft skills or create a bespoke day shaped around your team's needs.

9:30am: Foraging and nature connection walk (2 hours)
Learn to identify edible wild plants and native trees. Interactive, sensory, and suitable for all fitness levels.
11:30am: Wild tea tasting
Refresh with wild teas.
11:50am: Laughter yoga session (30-60 mins)
Release tension, boost mood, and leave your team feeling lighter and more connected.

Team Workshops are best suited to
Small to medium-sized teams (up to 50 for laughter yoga, smaller groups for outdoor sessions) who value wellbeing, trust, and meaningful connection.
Locations for team workshops
Sessions can take place at your preferred outdoor location across Surrey, Hampshire, West Sussex, or South West London. I can suggest suitable venues if needed.
