Meet Elspeth
After 18 years in corporate insurance, I know first-hand how draining the daily grind can feel. That's why I now help people reset through nature and laughter.
I'm a qualified ethnobotanist, trained bushcrafter, laughter yoga leader, and member of the Association of Foragers.
In 2025, I spent a month living entirely on wild foraged food as part of the Wildbiome research project.
More than anything, I love creating calm, welcoming spaces where people can slow down, try something new, and leave feeling lighter.
